We’re committed to getting your favorite products delivered quickly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and support your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
Please allow for additional time during peak or holiday seasons (3–7 business days).

3. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

4. Duties & Customs Fees

All international orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • VAT (Value-Added Tax)
  • Customs clearance fees

These fees are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

5. Receiving Your Package

We recommend the following to ensure a smooth delivery experience:

✔️ Inspect your package on arrival and take an unboxing video
✔️ Refuse delivery if the outer packaging is severely damaged
✔️ Report any issues within 7 days with:
  - A complete unboxing video
  - At least 3 close-up images of the issue

6. Delivery Issues & Address Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order
  • Address changes must be requested within 6 hours of placing the order
  • After 2 failed delivery attempts, packages may be held at your local post office for 14 days.
    Unclaimed packages will be returned to us automatically.

You can choose to:
✧ Pay $15 to reship
✧ Request a refund (shipping fees are non-refundable and 30% will be deducted)

📦 Save your unboxing video for at least 30 days
