1. Return Time Frame
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
2. Eligible Return Conditions
We accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

✅ The item has visible manufacturing defects
3. Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
❌ Damage caused by misuse or intentional force
❌ Returns requested after 30 days of delivery
❌ Items that have been used, worn, or have incomplete packaging
4. How to Request a Return
Please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue
- Wait for our return approval and shipping instructions
- Ship the product back to the address we provide
5. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are issued within 14 business days
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take additional time depending on your bank
6. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- You can cancel or change your order within 12 hours of purchase
- After the order is shipped, we cannot cancel or reroute it
- For address changes, please contact us as soon as possible
7. Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you may prefer an exchange instead of a return, and we’re happy to help if your item qualifies.
✅ We accept exchanges for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong item shipped
- Incorrect size or variant (if applicable and in stock)
❌ We do not offer exchanges for:
- Items that have been used or worn
- Customer-caused damage
- Requests made after 30 days of delivery

- Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue
- Our team will confirm item availability and provide return instructions
- Once the original item is received and inspected, your replacement will be shipped out
📦 If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs.
Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
